Unclear login attempts

A person is trying to log in under my name several times. I currently have no activities in the Italian Wikiversity. I am logged in globally with a password that is actually quite secure. Can an administrator determine the IP address of the unclear login attempts and block the IP globally? I suspect that there is nothing good behind this action. I don't speak Italian.
